The farmhouse is located in the Toffan valleys of the Euganean Hills. The area is a biotype of landscape interest and bound by the 2000 Nature Plan.
The hayloft was designed by amalgamating the existing areas dispersed in the area and serves the fund for the seasonal harvesting of hay and fruit.
Inside is a guesthouse open to the public.
The design of the barn consists of a single body embedded in the rock with large openings on the outside. It is inserted in the context of the mountain and built to have minimal impact on the landscape.
