This is a working space for a Financial Tech company that uses new technology to make financial services more efficient. The space was designed to attract potential customers in the Financial Tech area by using program software similar to that used in Financial Tech. The FINTECH Office helps staff to cope with the stress of work and the pandemic; The design aims to highlight the new aesthetic of the digital era. The staff density of the office is very high and the budget is extremely low. However, the office now is popular in Beijing.
Programed designs were employed for staircases, water installations and ceilings, to make the office look unique, to simulate nature and to achieve a greater net height. The “concrete water” saves electricity that would be consumed by a real one. The indoor/outdoor landscape also extend the physical/psychological office space available to staffs and allows them to embrace urban life.
No one rented it before it was redesigned but, now it’s popular. The “concrete water” saves electricity that would be consumed by a real one. The indoor/outdoor landscape also extend the physical/psychological office space available to staffs and allows them to embrace urban life.
