This project consists of two remodeled apartments in Bogotá, where previously operated many studio apartments in small and dimly lit spaces. Under these conditions and given that the building had a structural breached system, it was possible to open up the space and create two housing units with much more comfortable conditions. Among the elements that stand out in the design is the handling of light, through which the experience starts from the gloom, on the first level, reaching the clarity of the second level. To reinforce this feeling, wood was used as the main material on the first level, while on the second level were used lighter materials and skylights were implemented.
