The project starts from the need to renovate an old apartment for a widow who needs to welcome all her family into her home on special occasions.
The old apartment was divided into numerous rooms without daily use. So, we decided to create a large central space that includes the living area, the dining room and the kitchen. This spacious and luminous space becomes in the heart of the house, articulating the house in a day zone and night area, with two main bedrooms and a third bedroom for the visit of their grandchildren.
During the renovation of the old apartment, we found different original materials of the original building, which we restored and respected to integrate them into the new design.
