Originally built in the 1930s, the existing house was first expanded in the 1950s.
The addition of a new modern construction prolongs it to the east and provides wider openings on the landscape. Interior spaces stretch out to a large terrace whose full width flight of stairs leads directly to the garden. Timber slats cladding with various rhythms extend over some of the windows, filtering light and providing privacy inside the house.
Complete restructuring of the existing house resulted in the creation of an open, spacious interior full of sunlight. New thermal insulation, windows and heating system considerably reduced energy consumption.
