The site is located in Lykostomo village in Pella, in the north of Greece. The residence consists of two levels with parking space on the lower level. Due to the sloping ground of the plot, the entrance is located on the upper level of the building along with the living area and the kitchen. The living area has access to a green exterior space with a barbeque and an outdoor sitting area. The bedrooms are found on the lower floor and have direct access to the garden.
