House S is a 140 square meter apartment on the ground floor of a 1960s Roman building. The project consists of a renovation according to the clients' needs, who wanted a house that reflected their passion for cooking. The kitchen is a glass cube facing the living room space, made accessible through sliding glass doors. A white wooden bench runs all around the perimeter of the living room and grows vertically to form shelves supported by light steel cables. The living area is separated from the sleeping area by a wall composed of cabinets used by both sides and a doorway. The whole house has been paved with stained oak planks that visually merge the space. The outdoor area overlooks a 70sqm garden with a white resin bench running along the entire perimeter of the terrace, creating seating areas or acting as a planter.
