On the highest floor in a prime-location building with eternal views towards Saigon River, where light and air interfere, this penthouse appears as a symbol of strength and creativity. The current status of the house has high ceilings and a large glass door system, so we decided to transform it into a duplex, maximize space, and create a classy living experience.

Dark tones are used as a backdrop for unique details, from the chandelier, which is a sculpture, to the wine cabinet, which is a living painting.
The designers have combined the alternating dark and light shades of the black palette, along with the difference between material surfaces such as wood, metal paint, etc., to add flexibility to the space.

The furniture is arranged to maximize visibility and light quality based on the owner's daily habits. This unique penthouse is divided into two separate spaces: a common living space fully equipped with amenities for socializing and a space designed to ensure privacy for the owner.

As soon as entering the main door, an impressive wine glass display cabinet shows up, separating the entrance to the lobby and the working space. Our client is a music-lover, the designer team got the idea from the keys falling in rhythm for the atrium wall in the living room, which is a combination of gently curved blocks covered with a strong metallic paint layer to create a highlight for the void. Instead of showing the meaningful panache, we want to create the aesthetic & “quiet luxury” vibe to flow into every corner of the house.

While the common spaces use a strong theme with dark colors, the bedrooms have a warmer atmosphere. Leather-covered walls combined with sliding bathroom doors create a luxurious and soft beauty. The bathtub is placed in a special position so the owner can lie down and relax, watching the city lights through the glass window but still maintaining privacy. On the upper floor, the penthouse opens to a large terrace garden. Transform the boring garden into a "private bar" and a cigar lounge with innovative sofa sets from De Bejarry.

This is a space where every corner is shaped by a free and innovative mind. A place not only to live but also to see, contemplate, and affirm identity. Because the house is not simply a place to return to, but a statement about who you are.
