Hired to renovate this living room in an apartment in São Paulo, Studio Dyo's professionals had the mission of revamping the 78m² environment, previously with very colorful decor, made by the resident herself. Developed for a couple with two children and a dog, the request was for a project with a minimalist lifestyle, yet contemporary, sober and with punctual touches of color.
Responding to requests, Danielli Belin, Marina Denizo and Fabiana Araña, brought elegance, warmth and practicality to the place, marked by pieces of art and natural lighting.
As it is abundant, natural lighting was even more valued with the balcony project. As for the internal lighting, the professionals created points for scenes and chose a charming pendant, designed by Cris Bertolucci, for the table.
Despite the neutral palette, which goes through the furniture, natural Limestone flooring, treated to remove stains; and decoration objects, the harmony and rhythm is given by the special painting done on the ceiling and walls and by the texture of the fabrics.
One of the highlights in the decoration is the painting by the artist Flávia Junqueira, an option that emphasizes the elegance even more, in addition to being a color point of the living room.
With regard to design, pieces such as the pendant, designed by Cris Bertolucci, and the chairs signed by designer Alessandra Delgado bring this differential to the project.
To make the routine even easier, choosing preserved plants was the solution. You can see the work on the TV panel and the vase on the porch.
According to the professionals, the challenge of this project was to carry it out with the residents in the apartment. “On a daily basis, every day the apartment was cleaned and we had a lot of organization with the work”, they say.
