The geometry of large contiguous areas (extension , height) allows maximum flexibility and allows many types of commercial use . The mitgeplante expansion capability enables a horizontal and vertical doubling the floor space. SUSTAINABILITY
All rooms are naturally ventilated and exposed. The energy management system ( earth probe with different temperature zones , regeneration with solar , heat pump) meets the highest standards . The rock storage is treated as a stratified tank . A specially developed probe management controls storage and retrieval of the stored heat . This reduces the demand for electricity , the heat pump by 30%. BEAUTY
In addition to the idiosyncratic basic form three elements characterize the external appearance : lamella facade , color and peripheral chrome steel bands. With the economical and minimal means of the facade , the dynamic use of the building is read. The gleaming chrome steel bands and the color affinities propose a visual bridge to the former post office building, which is an integral part of the professional market today.
