The existing town house was demolished accept for the front façade. A minimalist modern house was reconstructed with a large basement under the garden for a banker client with ultra-modern taste. The stairway and lift built as floating construction up the centre of the house, up to roof light at top. Glass floors and stairs offer light to basement and a car stacker and wine cellar were installed in the basement under the front of property. The house size increased from 5000 to 7000 ft2, and high specification for services with building management system and audio visual fit out. The interior fit out was designed by JDA.
