Known as one of the iconic restaurants in the Grand Velas hotel chain, Lucca in Los Cabos has been set in a distinctive style. We approach the creation of the atmosphere of the Italian restaurant with historical vision: Lucca, city of the Tuscan region, it houses important manifestations of Renaissance architecture, which would seek perfection through the harmony and proportion of the classic canon architecture. We managed to make an aesthetic reinterpretation to welcome the user: a series of pilasters organize an arcade of aged mirrors that, together with a tapestry of natural motifs, an essential feature of the artistic movement, give drama and depth to the back of the restaurant. Immediate we found a bar that stands out for its wood finish, the lighting favors the contrast with the rest of the place by flashing the surfaces and metallic applications in furniture and accessories, offering itself as a favorite meeting point.
A series of metal curtains in the middle of the restaurant will generate small cores of different environments and a curved layout. On the opposite side of the bar is an imposing glass wine cellar, which in combination with the furniture upholstery in neutral tones, wooden surfaces and brass applications in accessories, floor and furniture give the restaurant a sophisticated and exclusive atmosphere. This environment is transformed into the terrace, its wooden furniture and the combination of natural materials evoke the most traditional Italy, the one that has a special connection with the sea and keeps recognized culinary offer. Aspects that in combination with the sophistication of the aesthetic precepts of an artistic movement plus the integration of eclectic elements give Lucca a unique style.
