The revitalization of Microcity in Unterschleissheim by Oliv Architects sets new standards in the transformation of single-tenant properties with challenging parameters. When Oliv Architekten was commissioned by the owner of the Versicherungskammer Group in 2016, Microsoft's former European headquarters was considered to be difficult to rent - given the vacant space of 40,000 square meters and the area isolated from the outside world. A conversion from a single-tenant property to a multi-tenant property was imperative.
