Elevate as Roofing

Big renovation works carried out at the Mitros meat processing factory in Sremska Mitrovica, Serbia

Why RubberGard EPDM?

RubberGard EPDM is not only the ideal solution for new building construction but can also be considered as the best roofing option for a renovation.

The Elevate EPDM roofing membrane was chosen to carry the renovation of the roof of the Mitros meat processing factory in Sremska Mitrovica, Serbia.

The original 9,000 m² roof build-up, consisting of concrete elements covered with a bitumen membrane, was deteriorated and needed an extensive renovation.

One of the challenges of this project was that it was not possible to drill the concrete substrate. Therefore, a durable, non-penetrating roofing system was needed. In addition, the shape of the roof required a flexible membrane.

Our local experienced roofing contractor completed the renovation of the roofing system in 60 days.
