The space was designed as Nurol GYO’s prestige sale office which develops qualified office and residence projects in İstanbul’s significant locations. One of the shops in Maslak Nurol Plaza was identified by the employer company and designs and implamantations was demanded from Archistanbul.
Archistanbul served as the only responsible in terms of space design, furniture-product design, key-turn applications.
As Sale Office is located in Maslak Nurol Plaza where Nurol GYO is also located, allows always being ready as an offer which is intended to special meetings, launching assemblies as well as a qualified working environment for the NuroGyo staff.
Archistanbul steered for designing the space which has a studio effect despite the limited possibilities of daylight. Usage of colored LED lights throughout the whole project with both directly and indirectly with reflections is to aid achieving this purpose.
A rectangular prism wall which lines up along the showcase was designed just at the entrance of the Office which is 4,5m wide and 2,5m tall. This wall is corian branded light wall which is created by translucent acrylic material.
Light wall has 3 functions: 1. Increasing the studio effect in the sales office by breaking the human mobility and changing natural light variability. 2. To completely isolate the perception of what’s inside on the wide panel with a homogenous light surface. 3. To create an iconic emphasis on the space which will create curiosity for people to check the space with the stimulant effect of the light.
The target on the project is to remind the owner space or the projects that are launched on the space without being very dominant. That’s why the brand logo is implemented in white-contrast.
At teh reception area, the plain and effective usage of the elevation causes visitors to lift their heads to check out these elements in curiosity.This space ends with waiting chair obtained from Derin Design and custom designed hidden cloak-room cabinet.
The epoxy floor application obtained from Hitzemin creates an excellent background for the mobile and presentation-oriented units of the space.
Stainless steel constructed and glass rung ladders provide the connection to the mezzanine and lower levels.
The mirror wall considered alongside the staircases increases the depth of the gallery and visually connects the spaces which gallery seperated.
Also the Artemide Lighting armature provided by Nova Lighting which is a cloud form receives the appreciation of the users and visiyors. Two sale representative stations and a sale manager office is located on the mezzanine.
The whole ceilingin this floor is furnished with stainless steel mesh provided from Gkd Germany where the floor ceiling height is only 2,20m.A heterogeneous light movement is created between the dark colored concrete ceiling and stainless steel mesh with the blue led spots.Thus, the space is perceive very technological, high-quality and spacious.
The carpeting on the floor which is obtained from Gerflor, eliminates possible echoing and reinforces the colorful image of the space. One of the biggest distinctions of all the sale offices is the design of the sales representative stations’ design. Sales representative desk, presentation screen and guest chair is almost planned on a equilateral triangle shape. Thus, both representative and guest can focus on the presentation and still maintain the eye contact required for a healthy communication. Red round couches on which the guests are hosted offer a comfortable and screen-focused session space. Derin Design contributed to the preparation of these couches by making a small interpretation on the couch named ‘End’. Black sales representative desks are prepared by Archistanbul’s design.
