The core metaphor of the concept revolves around energy in all its manifestations—from natural forces to infrastructure and power sources that sustain production processes. At the heart of this cycle is the human element, uniting and directing energy for the benefit of people.

The office occupies two floors of a modern business center in the UAE’s largest city. The company’s presence covers 2,470 sq. m. on one level and 3,790 sq. m. on another. At the heart of the space lies a central office hub, accessible to all employees. The main reception and an adjacent multifunctional space are located on the primary floor. This transformative area is designed for flexibility, adapting to various usage scenarios.

It`s key element the «Golden Petal» is a six-meter-long pivoting partition finished in natural gold-toned metal. It incorporates a digital display showcasing corporate content and, depending on its position, can transform the space into a meeting room, conference hall, media center, demo zone, or informal event area.

Additional pivoting partitions, glass transformable elements, and other flexible solutions enhance the adaptability of the zone, allowing seamless transitions between functions. The «Golden Petal» itself is a highly complex engineering structure featuring a custom pivot hinge, concealed ceiling and floor rails, and hidden roller mechanisms. Despite its impressive weight, it can be easily moved by a single person.

Surrounding the central hub are executive offices, top-management workspaces, open-plan work areas, and various meeting rooms. A diverse range of workstations supports the company’s hybrid business model, ensuring optimal working conditions for different departments.

Both floors are equipped with essential service infrastructure, including printing stations, locker areas, phone booths, coffee points, and a cafeteria. The office layout ensures balanced functionality, providing each zone with a full range of work, communication, and support features.

Given the large number of employees relocating to this office, efficient spatial planning was a priority. Instead of numerous informal zones and relaxation areas, coffee points serve as hubs for communication and casual interactions. Every functional block on each floor has its own coffee point, which also acts as a design focal point, integrating visual accents and distinctive stylistic elements. These spaces are not only for breaks but also serve as mini-gathering areas for informal discussions and content presentations.

The industrial aesthetic forms the foundation of the office's design, expressed through textures and color palettes. The base palette is monochrome, with light gray and off-white shades, while accent colors include bold terracotta and deep graphite tones.

The interior draws inspiration from several distinct themes: the first pattern references compressed earth textures, with wall panels forming a multi-layered visual effect that conveys industrial complexity and the interwoven nature of work processes. This design choice embodies stability and the fluidity of time, while also creating a memorable visual accent.

The second pattern symbolizes gold, Middle Eastern culture, and nature. Instead of an overt golden finish, the designers opted for brass tones, offering a sophisticated and refined approach. These accents are used sparingly yet effectively, adding a subtle touch of luxury without excess.

The third reference emphasizes industrial processes, expressed through raw materials, mineral tones, and textured surfaces that highlight the rugged nature of resource extraction and manufacturing.

Given the industrial character of the office, greenery plays a crucial role in softening the environment. Numerous independent plant compositions are scattered throughout the space. In this region, there is a strong cultural affinity for lush gardens and vibrant greenery, which is reflected in the interior design. These elements not only enhance visual comfort but also contribute to ecological well-being.

A distinctive design feature by the Russian architects is a stylized metal installation in the office’s central hub, inspired by a birch grove. This installation consists of white-painted metal tubes of varying diameters, arranged in an organic, random pattern.

A key focus of the project was on engineering systems and climate control. Dehumidifiers, advanced air purification, and temperature regulation systems were strategically integrated, ensuring a comfortable working environment —a critical factor for business spaces in Dubai's climate. The precise placement of technical equipment and the aesthetic integration of ceiling-mounted infrastructure required meticulous planning and execution.

Since the office was designed with departmental mobility in mind, all interior elements adhere to a unified design language. This means that any space can be repurposed for different teams while maintaining visual and functional consistency. A customized navigation system was developed, allowing seamless incorporation of sub-brand logos in various zones.

The design approach reflects the company’s global scale, operational complexity, and the vast network of people working towards a shared vision. This concept is conveyed through a diverse interplay of materials, colors, and design elements, while maintaining a cohesive theme of harnessing and unifying energy—both natural and human-driven.
