Is placed in a very small space on San Ignacio street in Old Town of Havana, Capitol of Cuba. It will be also in neighborough Plaza Vieja, square wich is just resurrected from longtime sleeping.
We tried let the resukt of our design, is not just new fancy bar with artificial atmosphere. We tried to design small cozzy point, bar wich will mirroring "dirty" and "juicy" soul of Old Town. Something wich will express mixture of all spices You can meet in every street here ...
Extremely small space in a creative war with Client´s expectations leaded to smart solutions, wich were counting with every usable sqare meter of bar´s plot. This is the reason why some parts of technologies, water supply tanks and kitchen´s storage place, were placed above staff´s heads.
Ceramic glazy tiles, natural oak wood and iron painted with matt black color ... are three ingredients in this smelly soup. We use also internal electic cables as a reminiscence of omnipresent electic wiring in all the streets arround ...
We hope that interaction between Papa Ernesto´s design and served food and drings will be unique coctail, wich brings new impulses to the georgeous surroundings of Havana´s Historical Center cultural haritage.
