How to create an open and strong relation with a kind of patio, or garden, without losing the sense of privacy or light? And cutting also any relations with the surroundings, with no particular interest in this location?
Given the small size of 135m2 for the house Plan, due to urban regulations, it was decided to "rip" a piece of the volume in the East-West direction, in order to create an interior courtyard on which the house will be open and related to. This simple gesture created a condition and organization to the interior space, generating a relation with the patio and the white wall, which will be completely covered by vegetation.
In the end it was achieved a total privacy and lack of interaction with the surroundings, but at the same time a world of its own was born, as well as a lightsome interior with a strong relation with its own nature.
