It's been more than two years since opening of restaurant Valvas’or. The restaurant combines the historical elements and a touch of modernity, which together form an innovative and fresh ambience. The restaurant is designed as a modern, purified space, placed in an old vaulted from the ground floor and open bar. The idea was to create a space where old and new blend in the image of the restaurant, not that one of them dominates. The restaurant is due to its location in Old Town elongated floor plan on three levels. The specificity and visible central element of the restaurant is a gold perforated wall with the image of the city sixteenth century. But it is much more than just an esthetic element. Behind the wall is hidden toilets and service place. Ambient colors are warm and provide comfort and welfare, where guests are always happy to return, so the carefully designed interior, and the excellent food, friendly staff, impressive selection of wines and excellent service.
