ONEDESIGN as Architects

The main task of this project is to get away from a typical planning solution and create a common space that seems to be divided into rooms, but is one. Living room - as a center of life, combines the functionality of different rooms. This was achieved by combining the spaces and their functions: the built-in furniture pass into the wall panels, and the kitchen cabinets pass into the wardrobe.

In this way , in the center of the apartment was formed a “core” , which includes a pantry, a wardrobe in the bedroom and living room, and a dressing room. At the same time, the “core” divides the apartment into two main zones: common (front zone), and private zone (back zone). Due to the two exits from the bedroom, could enter either in the living room, or in the bathroom and dressing room.
