Standing on the site of the last City-owned vacant lot in the Hunt’s Point section of the South Bronx, this development provides 105 units of affordable housing and surface parking. It represents the culmination of a 40-year journey that SEBCO embarked upon under the leadership of Father Louis R. Gigante. There is a community room, lobby and laundry room at street level as well as gated parking for 24 vehicles. The overall building area was generated as a result of a strategic merging of adjacent tax lots. The building mass of the seven-story structure is articulated by changes in brick treatment as well as setback depth along the street.
