Living monument. Acquired in 1940 by Alfred Steigenberger, the Frankfurter Hof has been looking after discerning guests for more than 130 years. Four years after its construction, the building was destroyed by bombs in the Second World War and then successfully reopened in 1948. In the middle of the Main metropolis, you can experience the grandeur of days gone by combined with modern day comforts and an international flair. This is also reflected in the Villeroy & Boch suite that was introduced during the course of the renovation and rebuilding work. The products from the Century collection create an atmosphere that combines the charm of the nineteenth century with modern innovative technologies.
