At a few steps from the Duomo and from the sea you will find “Project TER”.The design was directed, since the beginning, to the absolute flexibility of the property that, thanks to two different entrances and by means of “sliding walls”, can be used as three different real estates having their own services. The current division comes from the union of two real estates, different both from the formal and the functional point of view.It was decided to maintain the strong characteristics of each real estate both outwardly, by preferring the historic front over the recent one, and inwardly, without changing the characteristics of the ceiling vaults and of the flat ceilings with their different elevations. The marbles used for the bathrooms, for the stair and for the kitchen, the furniture, the light fixtures, everything has been thought and tailored designed for giving, to the spaces, continuity in form and colour. The terraces, before unusable, play an essential role in the location becoming a private garden where to find a greenery space in the old town centre.
