Two building unit adjoins next to each other concerning its site contours housing multiple functions.
The EW building consists of a community kitchen- fully equipped for workshops. The room overlooking an infinite pool, without any physical barrier. These nooks and corners encourage to relax, contemplate and socialize
One will be greeted by the pond on one side and a tree piercing through the ceiling while entering a one-bedroom unit, which is strategically placed for privacy and it’s the expansive view towards the forest.
The NS building consists of two uniquely designed mezzanine units with a living room in the lower level and private bedroom in the upper level. The indoor living space has been interchanged with an outdoor terrace in the middle unit. This space encourages nourishment in a home-made vibe.
A space to gather, contemplate, and nourish.
Through experimentation and iterations, a unique private outdoor space was introduced by detaching a slice of a hip roof.
This created private nooks and corners which allows one to contemplate, have privacy, and find solitude and ease amidst the two mezzanine units.
