The Floor

Gila Shemie as Interior Architects

Our vision was to unite world leading companies such as HSBC, Intesa Sanpaolo, Intel, KPMG, UG, Santander and many more… and create a fascinating, lively working environment for a fintech world collaboration.

The space was designed and planned with the main concept of dynamic working zones. The use of Belgian glass doors and windows to separate the hallways and office spaces, enhances the working environment while allowing natural daylight to enter and maintaining basic privacy for each company to share and innovate.

A great emphasis was placed on the employee’s needs through-out a long and productive work day. Therefore, many recreational and hang-out areas were planned. Starting with a luxurious, colorful cafeteria and a fully equipped bar right in the heart of the office. Smaller, more intimate zones such as the one-on-one booths, phone booths and benches for private conversations and meetings were designed as well. In addition, formal meeting rooms were designed to address the many respected guests and visitors of THE FLOOR.

With the help of German artist, Lena Petersen, we’ve managed to combine high quality materials and a meticulous color scheme with gorgeous wall paintings around the office space.
