The Ritz-Carlton, Herzliya

The Ritz-Carlton, Herzliya as Association

Israeli Master Chef Yonatan Roshfeld brings Herbert Samuel to The Ritz-Carlton, Herzliya, creating a kosher version of his iconic Tel-Aviv restaurant. Herbert Samuel is the ultimate destination for fine dining in Israel and is best known for its innovative interpretations of French and Mediterranean cuisine.

Using fresh ingredients straight from the local market complemented by the best Israeli wines, the menu embraces meat and fish dishes while abstracting all dairy products. The menu will feature Herbert Samuel’s signature dishes such as the veal cannelloni and the chestnut gnocchi.

"Today people are more health-conscious when it comes to dining out. Even the more traditional kitchens are favouring lighter and healthier options, such as the growing trend of avoiding high fat dairy products, such as butter and cream," says Chef Yonatan Roshfeld, "our menu will give diners the opportunity to indulge in an elevated kosher experience without losing the flavours and richness of fine dining cuisine."

Diners can enjoy a gastronomical experience within the restaurants’ contemporary and relaxed setting, characterized by the open kitchen, outdoor terrace and elegant interiors, designed by Israeli designer Gad Halperin. The restaurant's sweeping views of the Mediterranean Sea create a vibrant atmosphere while immersing guests in the luxurious ambiance of the Herzliya Marina.
