Riverside House is located on a separate land with an area of 411,9m2 in Euro Village 1, Danang City – stretching from Dragon Bridge to Tran Thi Ly Bridge, about 1km along Han River. The land has one river-faced, and one park-faced side, which creates river views from most directions. Upon this advantage, AVA Architects design a project with a fully harmonized indoor-outdoor connection. The concept coincides the investor’s idea when choosing this land for his home. Being a businessman, he expects his home to be both modern and close to nature – a relaxing space to return after hard- working time.
The Riverside House has 4 floors with total area of over 1.000 m2. Main part of the house and garden are shifted over the ground so that the outdoor view can be fully enjoyed beyond the fence. A part of underground area is set for garage, housekeeper’s room, warehouse, and laundry. On the upper part, living room and kitchen are assigned to one side, the rest is for garden, fish tank and corridor connecting front and back of the whole floor. This is intended as the key of the house a link between human and nature. The whole splendid view of Han River can be brought into eyesight, whether you are in the garden or inside the house.
As expected, all indoor space is connected with natural wind and light. To make it possible, AVA architects locate 4 bedrooms of floor 3 around an indoor yard, and a corridor system to link all rooms to the yard. As a result, from each room or logia, people can enjoy the river view from different directions.
The front of the house has auto-rotated wooden ranks linked with smart electric system, then users can adjust view, light, and wind… anytime, anywhere. The wooden ranks, as a decoration, lighting, and wind solution, also help to make living space more remarkable.
Floor 4 – top of the house – is the relaxation and entertainment space. Obviously, the attraction - the Pool, seems to stretch to Han River, where family can gather at times of Dragon Fire show and the whole city night view.
