The brief of the client was to built a 4 storied building with 3 individual flats on each floor for personal use. Ground floor consists of car porch, maintenance room and a lobby. All the above floors have veranda in the front, foyer, living and dining room, kitchen and 3 bedrooms. Exterior of the building has been designed in contemporary style in combination of white finish, glass and wood. Security systems have been provided with high end technologies. Interiors of the house has been kept minimal for budget reasons. Simple and elegant false ceiling give a contemporary look to the to the living and dining areas. Large glass panels and glass doors open up to the balcony in living and dining rooms. These glass panels help to make the area brighter, spacious and connects the outdoors to the indoors environmentally. Balconies have been secured with grills outside that also gives an aesthetic look to the exterior. All the doors and wardrobes are finished in dark walnut veneer that give a rich look to the interiors. Common areas like lobby, veranda and staircase area given granite flooring. Interior flooring is treated with high gloss vitrified tiles differentiating functional and circulation area in two different shades.
