This is a fifty apartment building, distributed in eleven  levels and two parking, one in ground floor and the other at the basement,  located in a very good location in Guatemala city, Central America.

 

It has amenities like a gym and a social room area for guests use. The first levels are six  two bedrooms apartments plan, the last three are three bedrooms plan and the last one is a two luxury  500 square meters  penthouse, living with balcony, dining, master bedroom, wc his and her, bathroom, 3 bedrooms with wc and bathroom each one, study, family room, kitchen, pantry,  laundry and service bedroom, finished with hipped roofs, giving the whole volume a very good top off.

 

 The façade is all in rustic grey block combine with vertical  smooth surfaces with windows glass and balconies, to achieve a good proportion keeping the aspect of the building slender in the surroundings and giving a housing character.

 

Also, the colors and texture combinations gives a search for a  vernacular architecture.
