Two Private Residences In Pylaia

The site is located in Pylaia, a suburb of Thessaloniki. The two houses although being attached they are separated with a vertical stone wall. The design concept was based to a synthesis of horizontal and vertical planes forming the areas of the houses, filled with vertical glassed surfaces. The vertical clean surfaces underline the flatness of the site giving tranquility to the synthesis. The interior organization is similar with living room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom on the ground level , and bedrooms or lounge areas on the upper floors.
