The building located in Arnhem, Netherlands, shows a contrasting combination of the traditional form with modern architecture. Thatched roofing extends to the facade of the building gently connecting with the stone finish walls, which are incorporated with huge glazings that give the entire structure a lightweight and subtle impression. This solution together with the combination of roof windows allows for the influx of natural light in all rooms. Bright, high rooms dominated by white and grey colours give the interior elegance, while minimalist design highlights exceptional architecture of the building. Such designed villa emphasizes the beauty of natural materials and is gently anchored into the surrounding landscape.
