Based on the site's unique characteristics, the entire area is organized into four distinct spatial experiences: waterside by the islet, forest passage along the bridle path, garden views amid greenery, and mountain concealment among stones — creating four different sensory realms: "by the islet, along the bridle path, within the garden, and among the stone streams."
At C17, water exists in four states: liquid (water), gas (mist), solid (ice), and crystal (frost) — progressing layer by layer, transforming into one another, together forming a "floating garden."
The lakeside walkway encircling the islet is long, and the summer heat causes emotions to swell under the high temperatures. Upon entering the interior of the site, we aim to create an extreme sensory contrast: "not a gradual transition, but an instant solidification."
In the height of summer when all things are in full bloom, we have created a garden about "temperature."
