The architect-team bob-architektur from Cologne got 2008 the request to renovate the former Wilhelmschool to a modern office building for the shire Moers, Siedlungs- und Wohnungsbau GmbH in Kamp-Lintfort. Planing assumptions of the architects were on the one hand to receive the historical form of the former primary school, on the other hand to integrate the corporate design of the building owner in the concept and to transport the new room concept.
