Nuanced, unique and of its place, 9 Young Street is defined by luxury of material and detailing, where every apartment offers a bespoke environment of comfort and style.

Beautifully realised as highly crafted interiors of timber and stone, the boutique apartments echo the rich, velvety materials of the building’s elegant façade. Reflecting the architectural ambiance of the whole, with deep window reveals and expansive balconies, each takes advantage of glorious views across the city and harbour. The chamfered edge to the generous granite kitchen table, for example, delivers a visual opulence to meet the tactility of this beautiful material. Similarly, the granite insert and framing device used in the bathrooms is a highly crafted solution usually reserved for a bespoke interior. Deep shower reveals and granite enclosed baths denote a celebration of structural nuance, while the use of spotted gum lends a particular east coast Australian quality to the project.

Comprising eight levels of apartments perched high in the city skyline with landscaped rooftops and framed views of Sydney landmarks, 9 Young Street offers one, two and three bedroom apartments as well as penthouse options. Part of the AMP Master Plan for Young & Loftus Precinct, 9 Young Street is due for completion in 2020.
