Manufactured by Mexican artisans, Tulum chair combines walnut and leather, showing design trough its shapes… A simple hand trace that makes two lines converge into a single piece.
Both lines come from the same base origin, the first one starts from the back and folds harmoniously giving place to the seat, while the second unwinds as a silhouette creating the front support, same that later becomes the armrest.
The complexity of the structure is possible, as the artisanal wood manufacturing acquires its definitive form through the assembly of multiple pieces, providing the vein and tone diversity that characterizes walnut.
Once finished, the structure features its complement, a leather seat that slides softly from top to bottom in one single piece.
Finally, an Ottoman appears to dialogue with the chair as a mirror reflection of its figures, acquiring its own dimensions allowing it to hide under the chair or serve as an independent seat.
