This interior space, originally completely open-plan, was adapted according to a set of requirements drawn up by the client.
This was a home for someone living alone and with work of an intellectual nature, who came up with a list of prerequisites regarding space and technicalities, such as the necessity of effectively soundproofing the whole home. The ground floor housed a complete kitchen, the living-dining room, a bathroom and a guest bedroom. On the top floor was where the main bedroom, two bathrooms and the office were located.
As a special characteristic, the master bedroom adjoined a bathroom containing only a shower and sink, from which it was possible to access another small area with the toilet, bidet and small sink, which also functioned as the toilet for the office. This meant we could avoid duplicating the toilets, saving space, and also meant anyone visiting the office did not have to enter a private and personal area.
Concretely, we carried out the design of this unique space answering every specific request and requirement, since each home is an entirely different concept for each client.
