To think about space in terms of relationships between people is in the essence of our studio projects, and this urban family house is a clear example of that.
The 170 square meters are distributed in three related cores, on one side the day zone, that brings together a semipermeable access that turns into a big dining room-hall where the kitchen is directly linked to its office and a little music room; and on the other side, the night zone or the more private one that remains clearly divided between the children’s area and paren’s area.
Inside each of them, the different subspaces allow themselves to be tailored and allow spaces to be separated by large sliding doors depending on the necessities of that moment
On the other hand we designed an ad hoc colour palette in which the different neutral tones make the turquoise stand out like it should do due to the fact that it is a cultural family and affectionately linked to the sea.
The materials we used for the wallcovering are from the Brand of Vescom and they have different textures inside the same color palette.
The bathrooms have been completely equipped with Porcelanosa products, as well as kitchen wallcovering, that has been designed and equipped by cocinActiva, and which could never be left out, a Grohe Blue Minta, the best kitchen tap on the market nowadays.
