The owner of this apartment, a traveler and a collector of books, finds solace in their unique abode within the Garden Club House. Here, capsule comfort, restrained brutality, and thoughtful logistics unite harmoniously.
Central to the design is the captivating interplay between textures. The interplay of concrete, ceramic blocks, vintage wood, and monochrome tones creates a dramatic visual narrative. This theater-like atmosphere is achieved through meticulous directional lighting, casting enchanting pools of illumination on the floor and walls, akin to the artful spotlighting of a stage.
This project boldly embraces its brutal elements, weaving together volcanic, anthracite, and ash hues. The apartment effortlessly unites diverse materials – concrete, ceramic block, porcelain stoneware, wood, metal, plastic, textiles – with the play of directional light.
