Beemo and Sanfu, the two homeowners, are both game developers. Their lives brim with vibrant creativity and a nature-inspired imagination, embodying the spirit of freedom. They envision a home that breaks conventions, with diverse, multi-dimensional spaces that foster an intimate connection with nature—a place where coming home feels like going on vacation.
To achieve this, we used multi-faceted cutting techniques to reconfigure the space, crafting a dynamic, three-dimensional composition. The diagonal layout optimizes the balance of functional and visual areas, freeing the design from conventional structural constraints and infusing the home with fresh imagination.
In terms of spatial structure, we prioritized capturing and showcasing landscape views to their fullest potential. The overall space adopts a stepped, staggered form, creating a gentle and continuous transition through a coherent view of greenery that resembles a living landscape scroll. The angle of natural light further guided the spatial division, naturally shaping the floor plan’s orientation and giving rise to new spatial forms. Based on the unique habits and functional needs of both homeowners, we restructured and connected the entire space, allowing form and function to create a seamless, free-flowing experience.
With light as the starting point, trees as the structure, and the earth as the texture, we crafted a dwelling rooted in natural perception, rich with vitality and imagination. By carefully integrating natural elements—wind, light, and scenery—the indoor and outdoor spaces blend harmoniously. Through free-form structures, an open layout and interactive spatial flow emerge, creating a home that distances itself from urban surroundings and connects to a deeper, spiritual realm.
