Sky Cancún is a luxury residential project located in one of the most exclusive developments in Cancún, Quintana Roo. Designed for a family of six from Mexico City who relocated to Cancún for work, this project combines two apartments with stunning views of the sea and the Puerto Cancún golf club.
The client's directive was clear: create a permanent home, avoiding the vacation house feel, and make the most of the spacious terraces and sea views. The challenge was to integrate the spaces without making significant structural modifications, maintaining the original layout of the bathrooms and avoiding alterations to the facade.
The result is a residence that includes three bedrooms with large walk-in closets and bathrooms, a living room, dining room, playroom, family room, bar, kitchen, service bedroom with full bathroom, and laundry area. The common areas and the master bedroom were oriented towards the main terraces to maximize the view, while the service areas and secondary bedrooms were located in the rear. The corner location of the building allows for excellent natural lighting and cross ventilation.
To give it a city-like appearance, finishes in dark tones such as walnut wood, black lacquer, Caledonia black granite, and a gray color palette for the paint and furniture were used. Sky Cancún is a perfect fusion of urban elegance and Caribbean comfort.
