The project is situated in Moore Park, a mid-town Toronto neighborhood renowned for its diverse architectural styles, ranging from modern and Arts and Crafts to Victorian. Our analysis has highlighted the various renovations undertaken by neighbors, reflecting the evolving aspirations of homeowners within our community. Many have chosen to expand their living spaces through extensions or additional floors, which have thoughtfully transformed the streetscape.

These enhancements introduce fresh perspectives while preserving the neighborhood's essence. The renovations exhibit a blend of modern, transitional, and traditional styles, enriching the overall character of the street. In light of this context, our primary focus is to preserve the existing architectural identity of the building. This involves retaining all exterior walls, raising floors, and enhancing roof slopes and shapes. Such adjustments aim to maximize indoor comfort and functionality while minimizing alterations to the building's exterior appearance.
