The project of this house shows a perfect combination of elegance, luxury, and also simplicity and coziness. Everything feels like a lifestyle of freedom and comfort. It's a luxurious home that functions as a highly-personalized, individual resort.It was important for the client to place a complex of two structures on ten acres: the main house with a large area for receiving guests and a detached summer house. When placing houses, we took into account the need to hide the view of neighboring buildings. As a result, most of windows face the courtyard of the site. Our designers decided to visually combine both buildings by placing a common relaxation area between them - a patio overlooking a minimalistic pool.
There is only one floor, but the total area is about 420 m². It includes 250 m² of a main house and rest is the outdoor area. Also, there is a garage for 2 cars, and there are 2 extra places in front of the garage. There are living room, kitchen, dining room, bathrooms and 3 bedrooms in the main house.
The facades are made of white stone and tiles, and in a combination with wood, panoramic windows and a lighting system, the house looks gorgeous. A lighting system creates a soft lounge atmosphere at nighttime. On one of the facades you can see horizontal windows line under the ceiling instead of panoramic windows. They provide daylight to one of the private areas of the house.
