O Centro de Competências MAM da INNOCAD Architecture foi selecionado pelo público como o Archello Awards 2023 Edifício de Escritórios do Ano. Localizado em Großhöflein, na Áustria, o design biofílico com base científica oferece uma sede orgânica e um ambiente de trabalho derivados de estratégias concluídas no estudo "14 Patterns of Biophilic Design" da Terrapin Bright Green. Situated on a lush hill in Huizhou City, China, the Water Drop Library by 3andwich Design features a striking circular geometry with a long straight corridor that greets visitors. An extensive use of glass, and dramatic interiors with lighting add to the poetic nature of the building, while a bowl shaped roof with a pool give the sense of being in an underwater space. In Pully Switzerland, near Lausanne and Lake Geneva, this new residential building by LOCALARCHITECTURE houses three apartments, including a triplex apartment for the owner. Distinctive and autonomous, the ovoid form favours south-facing living rooms with views towards the lake. Michel Bonvin Sectional organization is key to the design. The rear section of each apartment accommodates the bedrooms, where the ceiling height is minimized. By contrast, the living rooms are generously sized, with views over Lake Geneva. Several steps separate the living area from the sleeping area, allowing for the differing internal ceiling heights and a sense of separation, but also ultimately accommodating a service floor for a hot tub on the penthouse...
