DREAM completes hybrid timber office building with 3x3 basketball courts for Paris 2024 Athletes’ Village
O estúdio de arquitetura francês DREAM concluiu um edifício de escritórios em madeira híbrida, com campos de basquetebol 3x3, como parte da Aldeia dos Atletas de Paris 2024. O edifício com baixo teor de carbono está a fornecer espaço de escritórios durante os Jogos Olímpicos e Paralímpicos. Um projeto adaptável procura assegurar a utilização do edifício para além do período dos Jogos.

Lozaits-Seguin ESAT
In January 2024, the DREAM AGENCY inaugurated the Lozaits-Seguin Work Assistance Establishment and Services (ESAT) in Villejuif (Grand Paris - France). A social and solidarity-based project, the 3,570 m² facility welcomes over 150 people with disabilities in a comfortable, bright, and adapted environment.

URBAN CONTEXT
This project is part of a New Urban Renewal Program (NPNRU) sector led by the Grand Orly Seine Bièvre territorial public establishment (EPT) and the city of Villejuif. Located in a priority urban policy district, it contributes to the urban redevelopmentof the northern part of the Lozaits area.
