The site allocated for the construction of the museum and temple center is located along the designed passage between the Tushino 2018 residential area and the Moskva River embankment..The volumetric-spatial composition of the temple is based on a combination of the stylobate part, planned to house a Sunday school, and a multi-stage single-domed volume. The architecture of the complex refers to the traditions of Vladimir-Suzdal architecture, forming an ensemble with a memorable silhouette along the Moscow River.

His firm 'CCBA Designs' based in Pune, is a multi-disciplinary design company renowned for its innovative and contextually sensitive creations. Since its inception, the firm has created a great number of institutions around the world, harbouring the identity and symbolic relationship between the built environment and the social fabric. Their latest endeavour brings them back to Benninger’s beginnings in India.

G2 House
The house is designed as a two-level volume that faces the lagoon and beach front of the condominium. The first level, containing the entrance, parking, and private bedroom area, is visually below the boardwalk level and is conceived as a solid concrete base that emerges from the ground. The second level, made up of the social core and master bedroom area, in contrast, is devised as a light element that rests on its base and opens towards the landscape and horizon.

Frame House
The Frame House, located in Piracicaba, Brazil, is actually a renovation project. We transformed the previously vacant front area into a terrace with a lounge area and an integrated pool connected to the indoor living space of the house. In this process, the facade underwent a complete overhaul, removing the existing wall and creating a new structure through the combination of the garage layout, the pool, and the upper terrace.

Galeria House
Five large inverted beams structure the 12-meter-wide span of the roof of the central area of the house – the gallery – where most of the family’s collection of paintings is located. It is a meeting space that integrates several functions: living, dining, kitchen, balcony and garage. The glazed sides and frames are protected from excessive sunlight by a large wall slightly suspended from the floor, supported by the same pillars on one side of the main beams.

the BougainVILLA
Given the limited frontage for this apartment building, the organization of the façade becomes a critical design solution for providing adequate light and ventilation, outdoor spill-outs and giving the building it’s identity. Located in a moderate climate zone and with a south facing frontage, the spill-outs of various apartments balance the depth of balconies with the winter sunlight into the rooms. This results in carving the deep balconies into a semi-circular form.

the EYE
The Eye – named after the way this building looks – is a reflection of its location, climatic considerations and the desire of the owner to build a marque office representing the corporate brand. Mostly wrapped with vertical louvers that shields summer sun without blocking the breeze and daylight, this envelop at strategic corners are cut open to expose the interior of the building -announcing its important uses to the outside world and to capture views of surrounding landmarks.
