A “public house” that features a restaurant, an artistic display, and a community gathering place. Moradores describes itself as a “public house” composed of a restaurant, art exhibition, and a meeting point for the community, within a nearly 100-year-old house that is one of the few survivors of the evolution of a representative neighborhood in downtown Toluca. The Japanese restaurant Omakase RyuZu is located at the MACHE' THONGLOR project. The name "RyuZu" comes from the Japanese words "竜頭ノ滝," meaning "Dragon Head Waterfall," a grand waterfall in Japan where multiple streams converge to form the dragon head shape. Taste Space expanded on this concept to create the culinary concept called "Nikiri" (煮切り), involving dipping sushi in a special sauce before serving. The building is located on the outskirts of the village, at the intersection of the renovated harbour, the newly landscaped park along the Linge River, and the town centre.
