The Urban Spa was created exploring the thematic and symbols found on the streets. This is a business model for the young entrepreneur, between 25 to 40 years, which corresponds to 35% of the growth of companies in Brazil. The idea is to have a space that provides a new look and contemporary tools of wellness & wellbeing to help these new entrepreneurs to better cope with their stressful work demand. The refurbishment of the Pejo Thermal Center is probably the most important one that we performed in the last few years. The center is relevant for its therapeutic virtue and for the number of guests that every year are visiting this amazing village. Main Goals of the project: - Create a modern envinroment with an extensive research for new shapes and materials that signed a detatchment with the past old-style architecture - Create an envinroment full of light, sounds that fullfit the needs of a guest that looks for relax; - Use the recreational-therapeutic association to create an envinronment that can suits the guest needs 365 days a year. Oxygen Royal, located in one of the best areas of Tehran (Iran) was founded with the aim of achieving relaxation of body and soul. Around 1300 m2 distributed in two plants offer different services that contribute to the relaxation and wellness personal. Pieces such as Moma of Javier Mariscal are equipped with the space. The Baths at Panticosa are located in the dramatic Valle del Tena of Aragon, Spain, where mountain peaks near the project site hold snow throughout the year. Waterfalls, rivers and streams cut the surface of the mountains and the valleys, while underground the aquifer mixes with thermal springs from deep beneath the surface of the earth. In designing the Baths building we have sought a balanced response to the natural setting on one hand and to the urbanized context on the other. The structure is built up to and, in places, into the side of the mountain, integrating its volume with that of its natural setting. The project for Therma SPA by Vidalta was done in two levels inside the clubhouse that has 9 levels and 7,000 square meters of construction. The services provided are just like the ones given in a world class hotel and among the amenities are: restaurant, sports bar, gym, indoor fun pool and swimming pool with swimming flumes, outdoor pool and SPA. The space was distributed as follows: double height access, relaxation areas, massage cabins, treatment cabins, retail shop area, showers and dressing rooms. On the opposite end the sensations pool with a triple height —that privileges the views of the wooded ravine— in an 18 meters high interior space with grand windows.
