White Office Building

White Office Building Project. The designed structure of the building is a compact form consisting of two cuboids stacked on top of each other, close in plan dimensions, rotated 90 degrees relative to each other, and additionally shifted. Breaking the uniform cuboid emphasizes a different function for the ground floor compared to the first and second floors. Additionally, these two volumes are distinguished by the finish of the facades. Remsecks Neue Mitte

With the opening of the town hall and cube, the first part of Remseck's New Centre has been completed. The ensemble houses all the essential service and supply facilities of the city, which was once created by the amalgamation of six villages.The ground floor façade of the town hall with the two-storey foyer, the large square windows in the area of the media library and the multi-purpose rooms as well as the elongated window element in the staircase, which connects the town hall and the media library, are glazed with the Jansen VISS 50 mullion-transom façade. © Rolf Schwarz The reason for this was the architects' wished for a filigree construction of the façades, which are up to seven metres high. GROUP A was commissioned by franchise organization Service Apotheek to design the interior identity within the brand positioning of strategic design agency Fabrique. This is a booth space for company at Tokyo Motor Show 2011 in Tokyo Big Site.The booth is display space for new products announced by glass company which contributes to car glass.  The space shows brand image of glass maker, such as transparency, lightness and joy. Ceiling and furniture is made of ETFE membrane that is pneumatic structure based on rhombus grid.  Diffused reflection lighting is coming through 3 layered ETFE Ceiling which has holes randomly.Furniture is constructed by rhombus grid pattern made of ETFE membrane. A real estate company’s corporate headquarters, located at the city’s highest traffic entrance, brings clarity and conciseness and acts as a new landmark to a transitioning industrial area within an emerging district. The Project required the renovation of an existing facility into the new Jaguar Land Rover Dealership in Lima – Peru, according to the new brand identity. It is the first facility in Latin America, proposed under these guidelines. It includes a Showroom and Customer Area, Sales and Merchandising, Handover, Drop-off and Collection, Service Workshop and a Parking Area. Single Family Residential project in the mountains of Monterrey, Mexico. The name comes from the large collection of art and art-objects that has grown over the years; the family (and the collection) needed a new and bigger home to properly display the many sculptures, paintings and installations, also wanted were dedicated spaces like a wine cellar, a game room with a full service bar, a hobby room, storage, a private terrace and garden, and a swimming pool.
