Gaudenti 1971 is a new format that mixes the small, Italian fine pastry shop with a large international bakery. This was the starting point to define a space that could convey both respect for the traditional values of Italian culture and a strong drive for renewal. This premise translated into a careful renovation of existing elements, which were systematically integrated into the new decor. Chez Shibata is the french-japanese style bakery and sweets shop from Nagoya,Japan. The site is part of the Hotel Nikko's plaza where has the others shops, cafes and restaurans. The design started from  the color of the green tea that the owner wanted to express and added cake's"Layer"forms to the wall of the space. More

The owners of the "Three Bakers" brand, which exists for many years, asked us to design their first bakery. A boutique bakery on the main street in Hadera.The goal of the project was to provide a platform for the brand's products that would emphasize their uniqueness and quality.
