One of The Kids

We believe in designing for all and designing for a cause. Located North of Austin, this special campus for children with Autism is a safe haven where kids are encouraged to grow through learning, creating, and playing. Inspired by the idea of intentional and playful wandering, our design aimed to celebrate unique ways that each individual child learns to wander through life. With a tight budget, we knew we had to get creative. We did so with great honor and care in order to bring this local family’s passion project to life.   Sensory well being was at the forefront of all design conversations, ensuring every element encouraged children to explore surroundings while not feeling overwhelmed. To achieve this, we utilized biophili... More

Air Dice

Mint & More Creative designed game developer Air Dice's new office in Helsinki. Mint & More helped them find the perfect place by comparing potential spaces, and their choice was this office located in a stunning building in the style of the 1920’s under architectural conservation. The office concept melds 2020’s agile workspaces with 1920’s architecture, by putting a new but respectful spin on those vintage aesthetics. It has contrast and edge yet maintains an elegant and moody feel.   Bold shapes emphasise the architecture, while custom designed artwork gives it new life. Custom elements give the final touch to a space. Custom desks, tables and storage maximise this office's usability with a stylish flair.... More

The new TenX office is a bold expression of the brand’s refreshed identity, showcased in an atmosphere that is welcoming and incorporates biophilic design principles.   With its logo incorporated into the space in multiple and unexpected ways, the space depicts the story of a bold FinTech firm that is united in its mission.   Key to the design is how the space actively supports company culture. This need was met with a design that not focused on encouraging company culture, but also balanced and maximised the connectivity between private, semi-private and social functions in order to drive innovation at work.   A social hub at the heart of the office is an oasis for coffee and buffet lunches where colleagues gathe... Barkly Street

388 Barkly Street is a distillation of the best practices of ethical architecture and a hopeful contribution to the field of design. We asked how an apartment could become a realistic alternative to the suburban home and a backdrop for the cherished experiences of family living. TTG had a clear concept: they required an office that visually presented their core business. And what could be more appropriate for a designer and installer of technical systems than using a purposeful of technology like air conditioning systems and cabling as an eye catcher? As a result, the ceilings have become an essential part of the interior design. They are open above the work zones and all the technical systems, cables and pipes are visible and clearly present. The traffic zones, on the other hand, are characterised by a suspended ceiling made from black expanded metal sheet illuminated by led lighting. This design touch also automatically draws the eye to the ceiling: by using a different material – the black expanded metal... More
